My name is Lexie Harmon I am currently a sophomore at Blue Valley West. I took photography because a lot of my friends really enjoyed this class last year and I love finding different ways to be creative. One thing I really enjoy about photography is the process of the photos coming to life. I have always enjoyed taking pictures but normally I take them of other people. This class has many different assignments and they all have a different purpose. I was able to take so many pictures of different things for every assignment. I was able to learn how to take night shots, how to get all different types of angles, and lighting throughout my pictures. This class has been one of my favorites so far. I have always seen people develop film in a dark room on movies and it was something I have always wanted to try. This class has helped me learn how to be more creative with my pictures and I plan on taking more in the future. Photography to me is a way to express yourself and your creativity. I now know how much work you have to put in to get a good picture. I was able to capture so many different pictures throughout this semester and they all mean something different and set a different mood.
